* RUSH FILING EXPARTE - Do you need an emergency hearing?*
Emergency hearings are heard 1 business day, after the other party is served. You must be able to prove irreparable harm.
SUPERIOR COURT MANDATORY FILING FEE:*
$435 Superior Court Filing Fee, will be charged directly by the court, upon filing and finalizing the petition.
COURT EFILING SERVICE - Please choose one:*
* Our fee includes filing all e-signed documents at the courthouse, from start to finish. SELF FILING - You will be responsible for filing all documents at the courthouse and emailing copies to us, to finalize your case.
PROCESS SERVICE - Please choose one:*
*Self Service - You will be responsible for having an adult, who is not a party in the case, serve parties including everyone named in the Will in any manner and all heirs-at-law of the decedent even if they have been disinherited under the Will. * Our fee is $59 per service of process, for each individual that requires service. Process serving fees are billed, after documents have been filed.
* REAL PROPERTIES - How many real properties are in the estate?*
1st property is included. Each additional property is $200 each.
